Tamhane Agro Solution's – Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At Tamhane Agro Solution's, customer satisfaction is our priority. Products may be eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Product is missing parts or accessories.

The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Return request made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.
  • Customized, special-order, or bulk-order products.
  • Consumable items and products sold under clearance or special discount offers.

3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
  2. Share your Order ID, photos, and unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be replaced at no additional cost.
  • Replacement is subject to product availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Within 5–7 business days for UPI payments.
  • Within 7–10 business days for Bank Transfers.
  • Within 7–14 business days for Debit/Credit Card payments, depending on the bank.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Tamhane Agro Solution's.
  • For approved returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Tamhane Agro Solution's.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Customized and bulk orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
