Tamhane Agro Solution's accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (Available on selected products and serviceable locations)

2. Advance Payment Policy

  • 100% advance payment is required for customized, bulk, and special orders.
  • Certain products may require partial advance payment to confirm the order.
  • Order processing and dispatch will begin only after payment confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation

Once the payment is successfully received, an order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

4. Payment Verification

To prevent fraudulent transactions, Tamhane Agro Solution's reserves the right to verify payment details before processing an order. Additional information may be requested if necessary.

5. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Promotional offers and discounts are available for a limited period and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Failed Transactions

If your payment has been deducted but the order is not confirmed:

  • Please wait up to 24 hours for automatic reconciliation.
  • If the issue persists, contact our customer support team with payment details.
  • We will investigate and provide appropriate assistance.

7. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Tamhane Agro Solution's.

8. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure banking and payment gateway systems. Tamhane Agro Solution's does not store customers' card or banking information.
